By downloading, installing, or using the Bednight app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. App License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is subject to these Terms of Use.

3. User Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, adapt, or hack the App
  • Create derivative works based on the App
  • Reverse engineer the App
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Share or distribute the App's content without permission

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to music, sounds, text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Bednight and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The music is created by Nashville artist Nathan James Allen and is exclusively licensed to Bednight.

5. Purchases and Payments

In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled through Apple's refund policy.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://bednight.app/privacy

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that it will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bednight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
